Dirk is the founder of Wild at Heart, where nature is both teacher and guide. Through his calm and grounded approach, he helps people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and rediscover the resilience they already carry within. At CØLD, Dirk sees sauna and cold exposure as more than a practice, they're an invitation to slow down, breathe with intention, and reconnect with what it means to feel fully alive.
